Al parecer murió esta API:
http://staticmap.openstreetmap.de/
Entonces todos los proyectos que usan que se genere esa imagen estática están mostrando una imagen vacía, ando revisando como remplazar esa API, por ahora no encuentro nada parecido.
Probare estas api:
https://staticmapmaker.com/mapquest/
